It is very hard for a deaf person to communicate with employers, especially as there are a shortage of Interpreters, and employers are not always able to afford the fees to employ an Interpreter so the deaf person gets the same training as a hearing person. There are many deaf people in the country that are being turned down for employment as there are health and safety rules, which is understandable, but how are they going to understand if they are not told or explained to about the rules and regulations. Also deaf people are being denied the chance of employment in some places as it is difficult to communicate ,change it and there wont be that barrier
