Tax relief for people struggling with debt. 
a maximum period of 6 months tax free for people struggling with debt of over £10,000. 
(Including student loans, credit card & loan dept). 

This is aimed for people on a low income who have been struggling with long term debt (minimum of 5 years of debt) & very little money to spend on themselves or there family’s for every day essentials; due to continuous debt.

T&CS: you are only allowed to apply once in your lifetime - you have to be in at least £10,000 of debt. & earn over £18,000 gross. Had to be in debt for a minimum of 5 years. It’s a solution to many on the problems that we have with people with uncontrollable debt & not being able to afford to live. The payment from the tax relief would need to be show that it is going towards payment of the debt - (if this isn’t provided the tax relief stops).
