Insted of just locking up young offenders we should be sending them into the armed forces for training. Still with the same restrictions as prison but with the military insted. In short an amy boot camp for young offenders. I belive this would help to educated and reform the thinking of many of these young individuals. The morals, mannerisms and mindset of these young offenders could be massively improved with the help of the discipline that the armed forces could give. Also giving a lot of youngsters a purpose and sense of belonging for the first time in there lives. If you turned half the young offenders institutes into these army boot camp prisons and compared successfull rehabilitation percentage against normal young offenders institute i guarantee the boot camp way would win hands down! Its time to solve a long overdue issue with the youth of today and i believe the values of the armed forces is the way forward. Thank you
