Longer afraid to be arrested they even tell you i will serve time for you. If prison right could be changed crime will depressiate. Prisoners must do hard labour, they must serve the community and the country without any payment. They should work in secured farms, and be heavily guarded. Not the otherway around. They rob you and you pay for their plate in prison by paying SARS... The should be used for the benefit of the country. If prisoners are made to work in hard exapmple in the farm, we will save more. The food they will be farming can go to schools, child care institutions, elderly cares and others. This would be a great rehab for them, but instead they are having nice food while tbe victims are sleeping hungry and depressed. I support president Ramaphosa.
