There is a petition here pressing for the government to pay for Covid testing for holiday makers.
This is an additional cost on the taxpayer to support people who choose to holiday abroad but do not wish to have to pay the cost of testing personally.
They fundamentally misunderstand how government is funded. Do not add an additional burden on the taxpayer at this critical time.
