Due to unforeseen circumstances there is no staff at the Arundel Police Beat and it has been closed for too long.

We have seen an increase in crime and people not from this area casing the area more often. There is plenty of evidence on the local neighbourhood watch page.

Action needs to be taken immediately even if it is a temporary solution until a full resolve can be made.

Our neighbourhood is a very close community and we all feel the action currently taken to resolve this is not enough and taking too long. We deserve to feel safe and the lack of action implies we should take matters of safety and crime prevention into our own hands as offered by many already. We were told there would be an increase in police patrols which no-one seems to have seen yet.
