Have you ever tried to imagine a world— our world rather without trees? Trees does not only produce papers, it has so many uses. But now, as we can all see, the world is being conquered by malls, high and tall buildings etc. Trees provide food for people that's why I came up with the idea of plant fruit trees on the sidewalks. I would like to plant more trees, not just trees but trees that produce foods also. It may be hard to imagine but if this will be done it'll have a big help to our world.

Consequences:

•No Tree-based products                                   of course if there are no trees there will be no papers, woods, pencils, coffee filters and many more products that came from the trees.

•There will be a lifeless soil                               soil would become full of dangerous chemicals and pollutants that are usually filtered by trees. In addition, soil erosion is currently prevented by trees because they protect the land. However, soil would be unprotected, and vulnerable to reduction in soil quality and top soil nutrients.

•There'd be no oxygen                                   one year of mature trees can provide enough oxygen for 18 people

Benefits:

•There will be food for everyone. Even the homeless will have something to eat in the summer and rainy season.

Philosophical Views in Lesson 6:

Environmental Ethics. The preservation of the environment is benefical for humans, as it will continue to provide for the present and future generations.

Closing Statement:

Planting fruit trees, will not only feed the homeless. The people of the earth will have a big possibility to be healthy by eating fruits. It should just be well taken care of so the fruits we will eat will not be dangerous.
