On the Bus route roads change 20 mile speed limit to time zones.
On the Buses route roads the 20 mile per hour speed limit should only be enforced during school peak times Monday to Friday from 7am to 9:30am and 3pm to 6pm only, other than that it should be 30 miles per hour as it is really not suitable to drive at 20 miles per hour at midnight or early Sunday morning you drive at 20 miles per hour where as 30 miles per hour is very reasonable and sensible out of peak hours timings.
Therefore 20 miles per hour restrictions should be made into time zone restrictions for peak hours only.
