The concerns of citizen’s of T&T on bill to amend the Anti-Terrorism Act (2005)

This is a petition to the Government of Trinidad and Tobago to hear the concerns of its citizens on the bill to amend the Anti-Terrorism Act (2005) which abrogates and restricts our fundamental rights enshrined in the constitution of Trinidad and Tobago.
It gives the Attorney General and all ranks of the Police Service powers that will allow them to potentially target and infringe upon the rights of citizens. Some clauses, as proposed, should be amended in order to protect law abiding citizens.
We stand behind our leaders to represent our concerns.
