In Texas there is a shortage of medical supplies and medical staff, Due to the U.S federal government being overwhelmed by ever growing and large cases of infection Texas can now only hope to find help in Russia if Texas becomes the next Hotspot.

I speak for the Texan people when i say i have faith in the Skillful and heroic Russian Doctors and Medics who are even now working with the steadfast Italian people in  the struggle to combat this awful virus that now ravages our world.

And any help Texas can get no matter how big or small we will welcome with both arms.
