要求香港政府立即向合資格的香港人提供 100,000套經濟實惠的首次置業住房。 

香港房屋長期短缺的問題眾所周知。現在是時候使用新的解決方案來解決真正的社會問題了。

建設住房所需要的資源:土地、資本、規劃、基建等,都是香港政府可以掌握的,當中包括 1.2萬億港元的儲備和超過 400平方公里的郊野公園和自然保護區。

我們相信香港不能再接受漫長的房屋交付時間,我們需要加快建屋步伐。在等待落實東大嶼計劃及收回宗地的同時,我們提出一個只有香港政府才能推行的更快的解決方案:使用政府擁有的土地。以下的香港人士,共同簽名,懇請政府盡速實施:

  • 使用模塊化施工方法來降低施工成本和施工時間

買家必須具備資格如下:

  • 在香港出生(擁有香港出世紙)是在港的香港永久居民
  • 必須為受僱人士
  • 單身人士月入不超過 20,000 元,巳婚者則月入不超過 35,000 元
  • 限制轉售期為10年
  • 單位轉售時需要全額補回地價
  • 必須由業主自用,否則政府將無償收回

需要多少土地?

  • 以下預算所根據的單位數量: 100,000單位
  • 每個單位平均實用面積 500平方呎
  • 住宅總建築實用面積: 50,000,000平方呎
  • 基於 70%效率,住宅總建築面積: 71,428,571平方呎
  • 設定地積比率: 5
  • 所需的住宅面積: 14,285,714平方呎或 1,327,175平方米或 ~1.33平方公里 
  • 假設住宅區域覆蓋率:30%

Crowdsourced Solution to Hong Kong Housing Problem

Petition Hong Kong government to immediately provide 100,000 affordable starter homes to qualified Hong Kong buyers.

The old story of Hong Kong’s housing shortage is well known. Now is the time to use a new solution to tackle the real social problem.

Housing requires: Land, Capital, Zoning, Infrastructure. Fortunately all of these factors are available within the Hong Kong government, including HKD1.2 trillion in reserves and over 400km2 of country parks and nature reserves.

We believe Hong Kong cannot wait for the long lead times to get housing ready. It needs to be done faster. While we are waiting for the east Lantau land reclamation and longer term land resumption, we propose a faster solution that can be done solely on the part of the Hong Kong government, using government owned land. The people of Hong Kong, undersigned, are asking the government to do this.

The Objectives:

Supply 100,000 units to qualified starter home buyers.

APPEAL
Please sign our petition to give the Hong Kong government a clear and popular mandate to cut through all red tape and address this urgent housing crisis.

Create exceptionally affordable prices for this product with the following method:

  • no land premium will be charged by the government at the beginning
  • utilise imported labor on a project basis
  • use modular construction methodology to reduce construction costs and construction time

Set conditions on this stock of units:

  • buyer had to be born in Hong Kong (birth certificate) and a Hong Kong permanent resident
  • must be employed
  • income level of not more than $20,000 if single or $35,000 if married
  • restriction on resale for 10 years
  • land premium to be fully charged on resale on per unit basis
  • must be owner-occupied, otherwise will be resumed by government without compensation

  • Prefer land currently within government’s sole ownership to expedite mobilisation
