Rakesh Banda started this petition to Government of Telangana State

Myself Rakesh Banda, Law student, Osmania University, Hyd. Recently The Honorable Telangana State Government has issued G.O. M.S No.317, Dated-06.12.2021, to administrate Transfers of Employees for Newly Allotted Zones and Multi Zones in respect of the G.O. The Telangana State Government has been transferring the employees based on Seniority only. While taking seniority for transfers the Employees and Graduates need to face So many Problems mentioned below.

1. 50% of the Employees Lose their Nativity completely till their service. There Children in future they also lose their nativity.

2. When the Juniors Employees are allotted to the Other Zone until their Retirement the Local Graduates will not avail their native quota in their Nativity Zones/Multi Zones.

3. By taking Seniority as a basis the Women Employees are allotted to complete interior places where they need to face so many problems for attending their duties.

4. As per the Government guidelines, Spouse cases are eligible only when both employees are working under The State Government. And also when the vacancies are there then only they are allocating them to the same places. It has less probability to have such conditions.

5. The State Government forcefully sends the Employees to the Newly Allocated Zones/Multi Zones without their interest. Which are against Human rights.

6. Due to this red-tapism, the Government may lose its work efficiency which would result in loss of public money.

I request to you support me by signing and sharing this petition to reach more more. to make The government spiritually sensible.

                             Thank You.
