separate State of Telangana was formed on June 2nd 2014 after 58 years long struggle in which each and every section of people of society actively participated in it, Students took active part in above movement. After formation of state government of Telangana constituted Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) under the chairmanship of Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani in the year 2014. On 30th December 2015 TSPSC issued Group II notification for 439 posts i.e.., Notification no 20/2015 and supplementary notification was issued on 1st September 2016 for total of 1032 posts i.e.., notification no 17/2016. Exam for all above posts was held in 11th and 13th November of 2016 and finally commission announced results on 1st June 2017. In the gap of 7 months i.e.., November 2016 to June 2017 TSPSC released 3 keys they are Preliminary key, Final Key and Revised Final Key in December 2016, January 2017 and April 2017 respectively. Even after release of Revised final key there are mistakes in key for 12-14 questions, TSPSC deleted 17 questions and gave multiple answers for 14 questions. Coming to process of evaluation commission considered candidates who used whitener (or) double bubbled candidates which is against the rules released by TSPSC and also against the directions of Honorable High Court for state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh located at Hyderabad. commission considered 50,000+ whitener and double bubbling candidates and correcting their papers manually through human intervention is also against the rules said by same commission. Coding and Decoding part in OMR will be very crucial for identifying details of candidate in the last stage of announcing results but in Group II exam OMR sheet used by TSPSC doesn't have perfect coding and decoding features so that OMR can be easily manipulated. Above are the key errors made TSPSC in Group II examination and commission has completely failed in Conducting examination to which nearly 8 lakh + candidates applied and there are many other issues connected with this issue. Based on above issues Government of Telangana need to cancel Group II notification and Conduct re exam which will do Justice for all the 8 lakh+ Group II Aspirants at the same time we make an appeal to Government of Telangana to remove Present TSPSC chairman making responsible him for mistakes which took place in Group II Exam and appoint IAS officer as New Chairman to TSPSC
Note: Presently Few cases were pending in Honorable High Court for State of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad and Justice Sri M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO ordered 3 weeks stay in once case and 4 weeks stay in other case and asked TSPSC and Government of Telangana to File its counter but till date no counter was filled by Respondents in any case regarding Group II issue
