Ben Martin-Peddey started this petition to Government of South Australia and

SA Health are not disclosing all COVID-19 exposure locations to the public.

Suppression of information to restrict community concern is sustaining complacency and thereby further increasing risk to public.

Public awareness that COVID-19 is in our community is imperative toward mitigation of complacency.

The SA Health COVID-19 Primary Care Response Strategy states the following principal:
"In implementing the COVID-19 Primary Care Response Strategy we will:"
"share information to ensure continuity of care and public safety"
"Every opportunity will be taken to share information safely and securely in the interest of continuity of care for COVID-19 positive patients and the safety of the general public"
ref: SA Health COVID-19 Primary Care Response Strategy

SA Health publish "locations in South Australia where there is a risk you may have been exposed to COVID-19" on their
"SA contact tracing and exposure locations" page.

"SA COVID-19 Information Line - 1800 253 787"
"offers local information and advice on general COVID-19 matters for South Australians. Operates from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every day."

Here is an example enquiry of the COVID-19 Information Line:
10/12/2021
Enquiry:
"I am aware of three covid exposure sites in Semaphore on 28/10/2021."
"Only one is published on the sa health site."
"Why are the other two locations not published?"
"When will they be published?"
Response:
"I was just advised that we don't exactly know. In regards to... maybe...
"SA Health may have already contacted those who were at the exposure site and seem to have already contained those at the exposure site."
"We don't know why it is not on the website."
Enquiry:
"I have called the COVID-19 Information Line. Why do you not have the information I request?"
Response:
"Unfortunately we only have the information which is given to the general public already."
Enquiry:
"To whom shall I direct my request for information if the COVID-19 Information Line is not able to provide the information I request?"
Response:
"There is really no contact that we are aware of."
