At present only PIA has the rights to fly direct from Pakistan to UK and vice versa
This monopoly situation allows them to exploit their customers, provide shoddy unacceptable customer service. Furthermore their aeroplanes have no entertainment as they have not modernised their fleet
We request to the government to allow other carriers to provide the same direct services thus creating competition in the market for the betterment of the economy and the hard working overseas Pakistanis
