Chloe Barrett started this petition to Government of Ireland

Right now in Ireland, non binary isn’t recognised as a gender identity. In my personal opinion I think I should be able to identify as who I am. Whether that is male, female or neither.

So many people struggle with their gender and I personally think it’s a disgrace that our own government is making this harder for them.

I myself identify as non binary, but no matter what I do I cannot legally change my gender, on those stupid documents I will always be considered a female. Which I personallythink is wrong.

If you agree please join the fight and help change this. Make sure your future kids are able to be who they want to be. And take a stand now and let’s make the difference. Let’s change this, for all the non binary people out there.
