Dear Ministry of Education & Ministry of Transportation, GOI/Auto Dealers,

I am Venkat Pothineni from Hyderabad, Telangana. In India especially many of the people not known or not follow traffic rules or system. But almost every house in India having vehicle/s to drive but they do not know Traffic System/Rules, So I want to request you to introduce this Traffic Rules/System as an optional subject or compulsory subject either in degree or in 10+2, so that along with academic qualification they should qualify to drive the vehicle or purchase the vehicle shown at which is certified to buy it signed by the authority. I appreciate it, if you introduce this system as mandatory. Thank you very much.
