Have you ever thought that why our courts takes such a long time for the final hearing of a criminal case? Well i also don't know exactly but the government of India and the supreme court of India should work on this. For example "Nirbhaya case", that was happened in 2012 in Delhi and now its 2019 but after 7 years the case is yet to see a closure. The police filed chargesheet in Nirbhaya gangrape case on January 3, 2013 18 days after the crime was committed.The first conviction in Nirbhaya gangrape case came on August 31, 2013 eight and a half months after she was raped.In May 2017, the Supreme Court upheld death sentences to the four convicts in Nirbhaya gangrape case but still court is confused over the hanging date for these criminals, In Iran the rapist is killed in public, either by hanging or shot. The victims are allowed to shot rapist in public and we can also see that in "Afghanistan" Rapists are shot in the head within four days of trial. Don't you think that India should Impliment these types of laws for more speedy justice. India is great country but some of the laws needs to be changed and by doing that we can see dicline in rape and more speedy justice will be served, So please sign this petition with me and request Government of India for change.
