As you know since 2014, attacks on minority communities have increased in India, every day incidents of mob lynching come to the fore from all over the country, many families have been ruined in these incidents but neither the state governments have any make laws on mob lynching and neither the central government has given any strict comment till now.

We believe that if the central government makes a strict law on mob lynching, then the incidents of mob lynching will come down, and innocent families can be saved from being ruined, we have also seen that those who lost their lives in mob lynching, Neither the central government nor the state governments get any compensation to the victims.
