Currently Under sub section (4) of Section 3 of Andhra Pradesh, INDIA Payment of Salaries and Pension and Removal of Disqualifications Act, 1953 (Act II of 1954), Income tax for ministers (including Chief minister) is being paid by state government instead of the individuals
Considering the salary increases and free benefits that members are getting since the act was originally introduced, this act need to reviewed and amended such that Income tax will not be paid by state government and shall be borne by the individuals.
As per the election affidavits most of these leaders are filthy rich.
This clause might be present in every statement government and central government legislation.
This petition is a request to treat everyone same way in terms of Income tax.
