We are fighting for the  rights of homeless children.
A bill has to be passed for these children all over India.

1. State should become parent to every orphan whose parents are unknown giving
love and affection, care and protection. Also State should take responsibility of
other category of orphans taking their responsibility until they stand on their own
feet based the priority criteria.
2. Replace the word orphan with or any other dignified name.
3. Define the word “orphan (Socially Challenged Person)”
4. Identify and Categorize the “orphan (Socially Challenged Person)”
5. Reservation in education, employment and empowerment and welfare schemes
