I am outrageous today writing this petition. Everyday newspapers are filled with news of rapes, murders, rape victims being humiliated and yet the accused are roaming feeling around this country. Everyday we condemn, post pictures, write condolences and yet everyday a girl is raped and murdered in this country. Condemning and offering condolences is not enough for our voices are not reached to ears of those who don't think once before committing a grave crime.

We are attaining great heights and advancing in technology. We are lace with security systems and yet we cannot secure the common people of this country. Due to lack of security and strict laws, no fear has remained in minds of criminals. Until and unless there is more stringent law that demands fast and efficient punishment, we will fail to imbibe that fear in the minds of those who commit such crimes.

I urge government to take some steps forward in drafting a law that demands immediate and rapid action against cases of rape and murder. Security must be tightened across states and we must all dutifully ensure that places where crime can take place must be identified and informed to the security personnels to ensure better security measures across the country.
