There is an urgent, valid need to provide clean toilets for women travellers. On our recent travel for a week in Rajasthan, my daughter and I had to go without access to toilet for hours together just because we cannot find one.  The ones that we found are in such horrible state that we had to use them only out of desperation and not because they were in any usable condition. We worry about its effects on our health. For the entire week we had to make do with water only when absolutely necessary, had to think twice to have another cup of tea because you do not want to end up needing a toilet. It's high time that this basic need is addressed in an appropriate manner by all goverments of states across India. Let Swachh Bharat be a reality and not just a slogan !
