Make Epipens Free to Canadians

Fellow Canadians,
I would like to petition that Injectable epinephrine become something covered under the Universal Health Care program similar to the program that provides free Narcan/Naloxone to Canadians.
People living with serious, life threatening allergies shouldnt have to die because they cannot afford to carry a medication that Injectable epinephrine kits come in various brands, including EpiPen, Twinject, and Avi-Q. All of these devices have a relatively short shelf life due to the instability of epinephrine: approximately one year from the date of manufacture.
For Example: buying an EpiPen from an established pharmacy will cost you around $100 to $150, and it is available without a prescription.
It saves lives by using a hypodermic device that administers a dose of epinephrine, used for the emergency treatment of an acute allergic reaction.
This saves lives.
Allergic reactions can happen to anyone. Anywhere.
Lets help prevent our people from dying.
