On the 20th of October, 2020. The government of Nigeria took actions that violated human rights as the army was deployed to a peaceful protest which has led to the death of several people. The protest to end police brutality ended with the military of the federal government killing innocent individuals.

The Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act was created to stop foreign government officials from perpetrating human rights violations and enjoying their spoils on Canadian soil.

This petition calls for the Government of Canada to enforce this toward the below individuals in their participation in the above mentioned massacre. The massacre violates circumstance 2(a)(i). https://laws.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/J-2.3/page-1.html#h-337891
