This means a lot to me personally as I would do anything to have this surgery because I’m suffering with extreme pain in my legs and back every day. If it was easier to have this surgery I would gladly sign up

I have been waiting years for bariatric surgery. I am in desperate need of this help. I also believe that there should be coverage for removing aprons for those in need.

Bariatric surgery is the best way to treat morbid obesity and paying for it will save thousands in other medical tests and treatments caused by untreated obesity. Heart disease, cancer, diabetes etc. Funding more bariatric surgeries will save lives and health care dollars.

This is a life saving surgery that overall can aid in improved health and the remission of other illnesses associated with obesity. It should not take 2.5 years to get through the waiting list to start the orientation process. That is a ridiculous amount of time for anyone with health issues to wait.
