Allowing smoking in condos causes great health concerns. It increases exposure to second hand smoke, which is not good for your lungs. Second hand smoke is worse than smoke that is not second hand smoke. It especially affects infants and young children. It's also a fire hazard. There has been complaints about smoking in Radiance Condos. A man who lives in Unit 402 of Building C in Radiance smokes in his unit instead of outside. My concern is that people in the building will have a high exposure to second hand smoke. It is important that condo buildings are smoke free to ensure the health of people living in them. This will minimize exposure to second hand smoke. If the person does not want to comply with the rule, they should fined and have disciplinary action towards them. They should be forced to sell the condo have it taken away from them. If they are renting, they should get evicted for smoking in the condos or apartments. I care so much about this issue because it's important to minimize the exposure to second hand smoke. We should not have to live in condos or apartments where second hand smoke exposure is frequent. Condo building managers should care about the health and safety of others.
