It was announced today from Jason Kenney premier of Alberta a new $100 bonus incentive for people who now go and get either the first or second dose of the covid vaccine.

The only thing offered to Alberta's previously was a entry into some big lottery.  Something that only a few could win  not beneficial to everyone.

Many of us have done our part to flatten the curve and help stop the spread by being vaccinated early on  and yet we are not also being offered the $100??

It is simply not right.  Those that did not get vaccinated are a huge reason why the disease is still spreading.  So why reward that behavior but not do something for every single Alberta's who already had gotten it?   You are rewarding a lot of the ones who are the reason civid cases are on the rise.

Come on Kennney.  Whats good for the goose is good for the gander.

As one of the many Alberta's who has gotten vaccinated to do my part, I am appaled that you are rewarding those now who are still the problem..while just offering us a measly entry into a drawing.   You CAN and SHOULD do better for us who are already vaccinated. 

Our Frontline workers..Our Seniors.   Our immunocompromised..Our every day families..have answered the call as well as everyone else from their decisions and the rest of us who got it done early habe been a benefit even to.those who didn't.  But financially you don't appear to care.

If you are going to reward the problem now..You surely should be awarding those of us who tried early on to be part of the solution.
