Right to Access to Education

Right to Access to Education
The effects of poverty on children are wide-reaching and can lead to lifelong struggles, especially when young people don’t receive full education. Poverty and education are directly linked, because people living in poverty may stop going to school so they can work, which leaves them without literacy and numeracy skills. This vicious cycle is very difficult to bring an end to. Without education, there will be no new ideas or innovations and we will continue to live in a world exactly the same as the present.
For many people, education is a luxury however, our goal is to do our small part in ensuring it starts becoming a necessity. As citizens of a world that we like to believe promotes equality, it is our duty to ensure every child gets the education they deserve.
We believe that the first step to making change is raising awareness and if we can draw enough attention to this issue, we've already made the first step towards constructive change.
And one last thing, Nozomu means hope in Japanese and hope should always be the last thing lost.
