When I was only young my best friend got ran over by a car. He was a cat and his name was midgy. This petition is very important to me and others due to them loosing there kind and caring pets to speeding idiots who don’t even stop to help. Animals are just as sweet and as caring as us and in my opinion deserve a lot more. Please sign my petition and help families gather a feeling of safety with letting there cats out for fresh air.
