Fireworks! Some love them, others hate them but they are becoming increasingly popular for weddings, religious festivals etc not to mention Bonfire Night that now seems to go on for at least a week! 

Domestic pets and wildlife, on the whole, do not love fireworks.  Some can make it peacefully through the loud, colourful displays but many do not.  Not only do they struggle with the anxiety the noise of fireworks make but some struggle to actually live through it.  Many pets/wildlife don’t live to see another day, dying of heart attacks, being hit by a vehicle after bolting or injuring themselves so badly they require euthanasia.

A blanket ban on fireworks isn’t fair or realistic however a blanket ban on any firework that makes a noise is realistic. 

Of you’re not an animal lover then think if any person with sensory needs, very young children, people with PTSD … the list could go on and on.
