Extra Judicial Killing is a popular problem in the Philippines.  It starts with a move by President Rodrigo Duterte called "TokHang."  TokHang is a move  by Pres. Duterte to stop using illegal drugs in the cities of the Philippines.  This move lead to a lot of killings throughout Metro Manila as well as other provinces.  Many victims are not actually guilty, but still they are killed.  There is a thing called "Tanim" which were referred as setting up a person and putting evidence to kill, even if they are innocent.  This move led to a big problem in the lives of the victim and the family.  It also affects the mentality of others like not trusting police officers and the government itself.  It also affects the reputation of Pres. Duterte for he is the one that integrated this kind of solution to minimize drugs in Philippines.  The Philippine Government should change  the way of utilizing this movement.  Justice System should also improve, it is the one that the families of the victims hang on to.
