All people of all races and creeds becoming a citizen, arriving for work, migration, emigration or as a refugee, should be informed by means of a booklet of these basic expected levels of British behaviour, culture and the consequences of non compliance of the law.

No immigrant will then have the excuse of ignorance. This should supersede the Human rights of criminals - that allow people to be let off from deportation because there culture permits unlawful behaviour - according to British law, no exceptions.
All people arriving in this country for business, work or immigration should be given a handbook of rules of behaviour and expected levels of what is and what is not historically and culturally acceptable, especially towards all women and children and expected means of behaviour, including free speech ...
The rule book will stop excuses of not knowing they are breaking the law so must face the consequences eg deportation - having the reference & knowledge of the basic law and culture rules will inform all people arriving for business, work or immigration of expected conformity and integration in order to be accepted to our country cultural norms...
