Calling for a parliamentary inquiry into the horrendous delays at the majority publicly funded owned body. The main stakeholder Manchester City Council and other authorities to be held to account for the disastrous operational running of the complex in 2022.  The poor services has resulted in hours of delays both on takeoff and landing at the facility.
