In the interest of the Consultants, Service Providers especially Real Estate Brokers, Agents Fraternity, especially two important reforms are Required to be implanted by the Concerned Authorities of MAHA RERA, Real Estate Regulators.

1. Government of India shall introduce a Law as well as Service Providers Forum (On the line of Investors Forum and Consumers Forum, where the Matters for the Justice can be heard and addressed by the Judiciary, Forum for the due Justice of the Brokers, Agents, Consultants Service Providers, as many a times their interests are hempered, Compromised and they are exploited by their Clients.

2. For the Successful Closure of all the Real Estate Deals, where ever the Brokers / Agents are involved, NOC of the Broker, Agent, Consultant needs to be mandatory while Concluding the transaction moreover at the time of Registration of the Property the said NOC should be taken on Record by the Registrar for Registering the property Transaction. Presently all the Professionals of other sectors like Doctors, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Architect's NOC is required at some or the other point of time, either for Closure of transaction, transferring the Case or Files. Like wise NOC of the Broker / Agents, Real Estate Practitioners Consultant shall be mandatory to avoid exploitation of the Brokers, Agents, Consultants, especially when they are Recognized by the Government as Professionals and RERA is enforced on the Brokers, Agents, Consultants and mandatory for Agents and Brokers to Register, Real Estate Agents are also eligible for their Rights, Privileges Safety and Security which may be advantageous for over 2 Million Real Estate Practicing Brokers Fraternity and Consultanting Community.

This issue needs to be addressed including a issue of multiple / Chain of Brokers in the Deal, a Finding Fees System may be introduced, which will create win win situation and the Appropriate Appeal shall be made to the Appropriate Authority of the Government of Maharashtra as well as Government of India for the Larger Interest.
