A way to slow down killings is to make people who kill other people through gun and knife crime should be made to pay for the whole funeral cost why should the families of the deceased have to find the money to pay when it wasn't them that done the killing All to well when people kill all they get is jail time when the real victims are the family's who have to foot the bill for a crime they did not  commit  criminals should be forced to pay the bill it should be law an automatic loan should be taken out in their name all  repayments  will be made from  earnings work or benefits if it's a trio then they will have to split the bill this way people will think twice about killing.
