Hey guys, I would like to see the George street fountain back in business, It would be a really nice addition to downtown and many people would come to see it. 

I am fully aware that people took that advantage away from us by doing things that werent suppose to be done(ex: putting bubbles in it,detergent,etc..) but maybe if you found someway to prevent that from happening than it would be able to happen.
