I work for the NHS and I’m already out of pocket on my mileage to do my job i love. Prices are going to increase even more. Most basic carers are paid basic wages and provide the backbone of care in our community. Without these people the health care sector with be crippled. This needs addressing asap. 45p per mile is not covering our work. Please please address this as a matter of urgency. Our patients/ clients  are vulnerable at home and are going to suffer massively. Staff will not be able to pay for petrol to come to work. 
I’m asking the government to look urgently at the mileage allowance not in a months time but asap. Thank you
