Free transport 16-18 year olds

As school leavers are made to stay in education until they are 18 years of age I strongly believe along with many others that they should not be made to buy a bus or train pass. For example, a train pass will cost over £200 per term to travel to a chosen college - colleges are further away from schools and the only way in which students can reach their destination is through a travel pass. This is too much for students or even parents to pay for their child along with everything else they will need such as stationary, books and particular equipment for courses.
Of course if students were not made to stay in education this wouldn't be a problem as it is a chosen step, however in order for students to go to a college we demand free transport passes for all 16-18 year olds. We also need a quick change as college will be starting as very soon Thank you.
