Hi I don’t know if anyone can help me but the cms is unfit for purpose. There are many mothers/fathers that work hard to support their child and the absent parent  refuses to contribute his/her share.  

I have tried to communicate with cms and don’t get anywhere. They are incompetent and do not have the man power to push claims through.

i do not understand how an absent father/mother can get away with not paying for his/her child. Imagine if a mother decided not to do right by their child and her/he had to go without the bare essentials. Everyone would come down on her/ he like a tone of bricks.  Please support me to make the cms and the government see that the system is not fit for purpose. 

Im sure many others are in the same situation nothing ever changes and we as parents are wanting the best for our children and what is deemed to be right and fair.

please support me! Otherwise  things will never change our children deserve the best and what our country is giving us to support our children is not adequate at the moment.
