Change legislation so both partners can claim limited capacity for work related activities

Currently ,if both partners in a relationship are assessed as Limited Capability For Work Related Activities, only one can recieve the LCWRA element of Universal credit of approx £350 a month. The other partner gets nothing although deemed suitable for LCWRA.
The only benefit left to claim is carer element of approximately £160 a month. A significant deficit. This is also only given if you are caring for your partner, are aware of this benefit and request it yourself. It is not automatically given.
Please sign and share and help get this raised in Parliament and changed for those proven to be entitled through disability
