This is a worthy cause, close to my heart. A birthday is not a birthday without an outdoors/restaurant-involved celebration of some description. Many 21 year olds have been forced to put a halt on their birthday celebrations during the lockdown, and this cannot go on any longer.   Failure to achieve any success with my petition will be treacherous to the mental health of both myself and family members. Justice must be served and birthdays must be restored.
