Aishat Adaviruku started this petition to Government, Bandits

Growing up I loved long road trips and exploring my beautiful lush country. This is inspire of the deplorable roads we have in most parts of the country. We will Sha bounce on them. I also drive sometimes with my Mom in the back seat conducting how slow I must painstakingly go behind a trailer. She will insist I don't  overtake the trailers. Wink, so the journey is sweeter with me and my siblings. The eating of moi moi in the car with cold garri still beckons.

In the last 5 years, I have dreaded trips that I have to take via our roads because of the horror stories about bandits and their various reported attacks. I have my heart in my mouth and concentrate on praying all through my road trips these days. I know staying spiritually connected to God is an excellent act. I want to use this medium to appeal to the Government to prioritize security of lives and properties of the Nigerian Populace whom some of the bandits have even invaded their homes to kidnap and demand for ransom. I also want to appeal to the bandits to give peace a chance, so we can travel and appreciate the bounties in our countryside once again.
