Letting off fireworks for days on end in residential areas causes terrible distress to thousands of animals . Not only domestic animals such as dogs and cats, but  horses and wildlife are all subjected to hours of terrifying sights and sounds that they don't understand.  They are unable to escape the nightmare and are only able  calm down when the fireworks end. 

If people are only able to attend organised displays, this would cut down the length of time animals are subjected to this nightmare. 

We are supposed to be a nation of animal lovers so please if you care about animals sign and share this petition and let's get some peace for our animals.
