Claire Philips started this petition to Government

My Step Children lost their Mum three years ago. She died intestate and her Mother became Next of Kin. The children knew their Mother wanted to be cremated and scattered. The Next of Kin are burying the ashes inside a family members grave. They were going to bury her until the children said no. Now the family have arranged this interment in secret but the children have found out. They want their Mother's ashes to scatter but there is no law allowing this because they're under 18 and not classed as Next of Kin. My petition is to allow children a say in what happens to their parents remains, once deceased. I want this Law to be discussed in Parliament.
