Stop Spying, Stop Throttling
June 8, 2013 6:00 AM Eastern US time
Government agencies in the United States are spying on innocent
Americans and people of other nationalities, who should be
above suspicion. Some of these Government agencies are
not even affiliated with any US Government organization - they
are affiliated with State governments, courthouses, municipal
governments, or even at least two foreign governments.
Some of this spying is conducted by contractors who are
paid by Government agencies to do this.
Petition throttling, and throttling of other electronic
materials which help to spread freedom-enhancing
and freedom-affirming information, takes many forms.
One YouTube video depicting a Congressman from
South Carolina who protested the IRS expense accounts
was obviously throttled - to the point where he sounded like
he needed a snorkel, he was so "underwater".
People have tried several times to sign petitions, only
to see their signatures slide off, or to be blocked from
signing in the first place. The people who are blocking
and throttling petitions, and interfering with the right of
petition-makers and petition-promoters to share petitions
with "captcha" codes flung in our faces, and with warnings
about Friend requests and the rest of the censorship
techniques, are people who are violating the Constitution,
and the Government - if it is true to its Oath of Office -
should be "captcha"-ing the people who are throttling
petitions, and throwing them in jail. Then again, maybe
most of the people doing this are IN Government offices.
Obviously Government agencies are not to be trusted with
the task of investigating themselves. We remember how
well that worked - when Nixon investigated Watergate.
One of the most major objections to petition throttling
and Government spying is this: It's a waste of precious
taxpayer resources. Think of it: the US Government is
borrowing money from CHINA - a country which is also
spying on Americans - in order to enable people in the
US Government to spy on Americans too. The American
people are three-time losers in this arrangement: We
get spied upon by China, by our own Government, and
then we and our great-great-grandchildren have to pay
back the debt to China for ALL this spying - and the
spying includes a little thing called "espionage" of
the businesses, mortgages, credit-ratings and
social lives of Americans - and more often than
you might think, sabotage of the clean records of
Americans - many of whom have been set up
by Chinese agents testing the resolve of the United
States through candid procedures. So far, the
American government and people have failed the
candid resolve tests. Chinese military leaders have
concluded that America is a pushover. Their computer
whizzes have already defeated America in the Cyberwar,
and meanwhile an American general (General Alexander)
puts on a uniform. Good show! Now we need to remind
our Government of FOUR things.
1) JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN DO SOMETHING -
doesn't mean you SHOULD, and doesn't mean that it is
right. Government has incredible electronic capabilities.
Government needs not only to learn how to use them,
but HOW NOT TO USE THESE CAPABILITIES.
2) Defending America from attack in the Cyberwar (which
is all but lost) means DEFENDING AMERICANS AS
INDIVIDUALS, defending American companies, and
defending American innovators and dissidents,
NOT JOINING WITH CHINA IN ATTACKING THEM!
3) HIRING TENS OF THOUSANDS OF GOVERNMENT
EMPLOYEES TO SPY ON AMERICANS AND SABOTAGE
AMERICANS' LIVES, FORTUNES AND SACRED HONOR
IS A WASTE OF MONEY.
4) All Government officials - both the elected officials
and those who are hired to work in their offices and in
bureaus and agencies created and funded by our elected
officials (by logical extension) are SWORN TO PRESERVE,
PROTECT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE
UNITED STATES. Whenever anyone in Government, under
the jurisdiction of the United States, VIOLATES THAT OATH,
the violator of that oath is committing FELONY PERJURY
and should be impeached. The use of electronic sentries
(soldiers) to spy on Americans, is a THIRD AMENDMENT
VIOLATION. Apparently these people in Government
can't even read the Constitution, don't understand what
they have managed to read, and have twisted and
ossified what little of the Constitution they have managed
to read and understand.
Government agency employees: JOIN US in restoring the
US Constitution. We, the people of the United States
are asking you to do ONE THING that Government employees
are VERY GOOD AT. We want you to LOAF ON THE JOB.
STOP your VOYEURISM. Hey, Government Employee:
think about this: If you are asked or told to do something by
a supervisor, and you KNOW that doing that ON YOUR OWN
would BE A CRIME for which YOU CAN BE PROSECUTED,
- don't do it. It's that simple. If you get fired for disobeying
an illegal order, WALK OUT, and head STRAIGHT TO THE
FBI and file a complaint - then take the name of the agent
who you talked to and GO TO THE MEMBER OF CONGRESS
WHO REPRESENTS YOUR DISTRICT, or who is a Senator
from your State. Then go straight to the news media.
THEY ARE NOW MORE RECEPTIVE THAN EVER to
whatever you might have to say. Don't worry about
losing your job. YOU WILL BE HIRED by a PATRIOT
who cares about the Constitution.
Any Government employee who has direct evidence
of any crime committed by a superior in the chain of
command, THIS IS THE TIME TO COME CLEAN.
QUIT. Contact an attorney. CONTACT THE FBI.
Contact your local Congressional office.
Government employees, YOU ARE AMERICANS.
ACT LIKE IT.
REMEMBER THAT IF YOUR CHAIN OF COMMAND
TRACES TO AN OFFICIAL who is sworn to preserve,
protect and defend the Constitution, SO ARE YOU.
Obey that oath before anything else. Your integrity,
your ability to sleep at night (as so many Americans
cannot, because of what Government has done)
is more important than your paycheck or some
civil-service rank. SHOW THEM WHAT YOU ARE
MADE OF. Show yourself that life is worth living
and that there is a whole world out there outside
of Government waiting for you. IF THE PEOPLE
OF RUSSIA COULD SAY NO TO COMMUNISM,
so can you.
