Please help to change the animal cruelty laws Bella a ten year old Belgian Shepherd was dumped in a horrific horrendous circumstances the 10 year old was thrown into the River Trent in Nottinghamshire with a very large rock tied to her and left to drown . Luckily a lady near by rescued her and saved her life . 
We need tough harsh new law as in place to stop people treating animals like a fast food wrapper to be thrown away . 
A man and a woman aged 31 & 32 have been arrested in connection with This horrendous treatment of Bella .

please help me to raise awareness of Bella’s plight and help to change the laws so people don’t get off lightly for treating animals this way . Someone needs to be a voice for animals who can’t speak for themselves . Please help me to gain support and awareness to prevent this happening and to bring about a new law like Finn’s law to give the police and the relevant government bodies more power to put into place and enforce laws to protect Dogs ! They are mans best friend and we are supposed to be a nation of animal lovers . In fact Let Bella’s law be for all our furry friends . We can do this .
