The government have just announced a paltry 1% wage increase for NHS staff. The BBC has announced yet another increase in the licence fee, after abandoning the free licece for the elderly. This while they continue to pay eye watering wages to the likes of Gary Lineker,  I believe in the region of £1.5 million a year. Is a football commentator worth so much more than a Nurse.
