I feel that 2 weeks paternity leave is not enough for men, especially if you have a baby that's unwell. Men deserve the right to have time to bond with there new born babys. Men deserve at least 1 full month with full pay paternity leave. The dad's time to bond with there baby is just as important as the mums, and it's time this is changed.
