Australian businesses are suffering due to high staff shortages, many business like hospitality industry, health industry, retail industry and many more are facing very bad time. Many restaurants and pubs are closed their businesses due to lack of skilled staff. Goverment opened offshore visas and also increase the cap for visas like 190/491 thats good but I want to raise the concern and request the Goverment of Australia that people who did Higher education from Australia, working in same occupation from last 3 years and also have positive skill assessment should be prioritize to get the permanent residency. TR visa holders are the real heros, Who was continous giving their services at the time of COVID lockdown and restrictions. I request Australian goverment to ease the migration elegibility criteria for all the visas and give PR pathwy to Sub class 482, this will retain skill staff in Australia and businesses will get immediate solutions. Retention of skilled workers is the only solution to run smooth economy and business. We all can be in win win sitiuation.
